To enable customized solution and qualitative support, Q-flx has its own
compounding plant to cater to various cable requirements, pertaining to
various industrial application. The efficient, reliable and sophisticated
compoundingmachinery at Q-FLX ensures adequate dispersion & excellent
physical characteristics. Our biggest strength lies in its in-house state of the
artlaboratory which ensures quality as well as rapid development of
customized compounds. The compounding plant is managed by a team of
polymer professionals with extensive expertise in polymer compounding for
wires &cables.
Our rich experience in vinyl compounds, enable us to develop a vast range of
PVC compounds which conform to various national and international
standards. Many grades have been developed that provide enhanced
electrical, mechanical and thermal properties, flame and oil resistance, FR,
FRLSH, HRFR, HFFR, ZHLS to name a few. Besides this, customized formulations
can also be developed quickly, as per requirement.
