Application
These cables are used for internal wiring of panels and electrical equipment. These are used as connection wire in machines laid in protective tubes and flexible pipes and also for motors and transformers. They are suitable for protected, stationary use in control units/switchgear in conjunction with voltages up to 1000 V AC.

- Specification: BS 6231 Type CK, UL 1015, 758, CSA C 22.2 No 210 &BS EN 50525-2-31
- Temperature Range : Flexing -5°C to +105°C. Fixed installation -20°C to +105°
- Conductor: Plain annealed Class 5 flexible Copper Conductor according to BS EN-60228
- Insulation: Special PVC compound suitable for 105°C
- Colour: Green/Yellow, Blue, Black, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Violet, White, Green, Yellow or other colours
- Marking: Q-FLX CU/PVC “SIZE” “VOLTAGE GRADE” “RATED TEMPERATURE” “YEAR” COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
- Packing: Coil in 100 and 200 m in polythene wrapping. Longer length available on request
- Voltage rating: UL/CSA — 600V/ BS — 1000V
- Test Voltage: 3000V AC
- Minimum Bending Radius: occasional flexing: 10 x outer diameter
- Fixed installation: < 8mm : 4 x cable diameter, > 8mm to 12mm : 5x Outer dimension, >12mm : 6 x outer dimension
