    Application
    Halogen-free single-core wires are used for installation in dry environments for wiring up lighting fixtures and units where valuable assets are to protected from further damage resulting from fire. These cables may be installed on, in and beneath plaster, as well as in closed installation ducts. For use in public places such as: hospitals, schools, museums, airports, bus terminals, shops in general, etc., as well as in computer rooms, offices, production plants, switchboard wiring, laboratories, etc.

    • Temperature Range : -40°C to +90°C
    • Conductor: Fine Stranded Copper (Class 5 — Flexible Plain Copper) to BS EN 60228
      Insulation Polyolefin cross linked EIS to EN 50363-5.
    • Colour: Green/Yellow, Blue, Black, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Violet, White, Green, Yellow or other colours
    • Marking: Q-FLX CU/PVC “SIZE” “VOLTAGE GRADE” “RATED TEMPERATURE” “YEAR” COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
    • Packing: Coil in 100 and 200 m in polythene wrapping. Longer length available on request.
    • Voltage rating:
      a) Nominal voltage : HO5Z-K :300/500V, HO7Z-K : 450/750 V
      a) Test voltage : HO5Z-K : 2500 V, HO7Z-K : 2500 V
    • Minimum Bending Radius: < 8mm : 4 x cable diameter, > 8mm to 12mm : 5x Outer dimension, > 12mm : 6 x outer dimension
