Application
Heat resistant cable designed for internal wiring in switch control, relay and instrumentation panels of power switchgear and for purposes such as internal connectors in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers.
Technical Data
- Specification: BS/VDE EN 50525-2-31.
- Temperature Range : -30°C to +90°C
- Conductor: Fine Stranded Copper (Class 5 — Flexible Plain Copper) to VDE 0295 EN 60228.
- Insulation: Heat — resistant PVC core insulation Tl3 to BS EN-50363-3
- Colour: Green/Yellow, Blue, Black, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Violet, White, Green, Yellow or other colours
- Marking: Q-FLX CU/PVC “SIZE” “VOLTAGE GRADE” “RATED TEMPERATURE” “YEAR” COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
- Packing: Coil in 100 and 200 m in polythene wrapping. Longer length available on request.
- Voltage rating:
a) Nominal voltage : HO5V2-K :300/500V, HO7V2-K : 450/750 V
a) Test voltage : HO5V2-K : 2000 V, HO7V2-K : 2500 V - Minimum Bending Radius: < 8mm : 4 x cable diameter, > 8mm to 12mm : 5x Outer dimension, >12mm : 6 x outer dimension.
